The L-Amino Acid Quantitation Colorimetric/Fluorometric Kit provides a sensitive, fast and convenient way for detection of L-amino acid in various biological samples based on colorimetric and fluorometric method. The L-amino acid(s) level can be detected using colorimetric (at λ = 570 nm) or fluorometric (at Ex/Em = 535/587 nm) method in 96-well plates. The assay is performed without requirement for sample pretreatment or purification.
