General tips | We do not recommend long-term storage for the solution, please use it up soon. |
Animal experiment [1]: | |
Animal models |
Male Wistar rats |
Dosage form |
10,50 and 400 mg/kg(i.v.) |
Application |
Cefoselis appeared in the extracellular fluid of the brain in a dose-dependent manner, which was proportional to the concentration in the blood. The elimination constant of brain extracellular fluid (apparent) was slightly lower than that of blood. In rats with renal insufficiency, the elimination half-lives of cefoselis from both blood and brain were extensively prolonged. |
Other notes |
Please test the solubility of all compounds indoor, and the actual solubility may slightly differ with the theoretical value. This is caused by an experimental system error and it is normal. |
